Though the list is long and you will have the opportunity to take part in many areas, there is no guarantee which area you will be assigned until you arrive, and while you will not be able to or be expected to complete them all, we will go as many miles with you as you are willing.
Stage 1 Core Experience
. Be a part of the conference WELCOME TEAM, suitably attired, appearing friendly & wearing a broad smile for God.
. Participate in CONFERENCE operations targeted at restoring women.
. Participate in MICRO-ECONOMIC Empowering of local women in meetings/visits.
. Participate in CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS and similar activities.
. Participate in Prayer Ministry for women giving their lives to Christ after REVIVALS/CONFERENCES.
. Participate in ministering through SONGS & PRAYERS at the REVIVALS that follows CONFERENCES.
Stage 2 Mission Experience:
Additional mission experience during this internship involves working with homeless women, destitute women, women in restoration process, women being empowered through micro-economic support, spending time with them,
sharing in their daily walk, arranging medical help, dental help, counseling help, prayer support, planning support and generally walking in her shoes and much, much more.
Stage 3-You may also experience:
This Mission internship is designed to give you real exposure to ministry outreach and servant-hood.
You get to do the things you only hear about in Church or read in the scriptures such as:
. Minister to the destitute.
. Feed the homeless.
. Care for orphans.
. Participate in healing revivals, see lives changed and see the ministry in motion.
. Participate in local church Worship.
. Sing in a choir or be a part of an open air revival team.
. Help bring an a local person[s] to the Lord or several.
. Visit sick women in hospitals/clinics.
. Minister to street/homeless woman & children and show them true love.
. Experience a day in the life of a local poor woman.
. Experience working with a mobile medical unit in rural area.
. Pray over poor neighborhoods and cities for healing & restorative change to occur.
. Shop in the local market, haggle with sellers and make a deal as a cultural experience.
. Visit local tourist attractions and feel the vibes of a different culture/tradition.
Internship Purpose & Outcome:
To see to it that you grow taller in servant-hood, meet and see Jesus moving in the lives of the suffering, care more for the broken and grow deeper in your walk with Christ. Then return back home a newly transformed soul, well awakened spiritually, emotionally, physically & mentally. You will never be the same again! Amen!!
